Inventory Management helps you track stock levels in real-time, view inventory movements, and ensure you always have the right products available.
Viewing Stock Levels
Access current stock levels across all branches:
Stock Movements
Track how stock changes:
- Increase - From purchase orders
- Decrease - From sales invoices
- Transfer - Between branches
- Adjustment - Manual corrections
Actual Quantity Management
Perform physical stock counts:

Start Counting
Go to Actual Quantity → Manage

Enter Quantities
Enter actual physical count for each product/variant

Save Adjustments
System will automatically adjust stock levels
Low Stock Alerts
Get notified when stock is running low:
- Configure minimum stock levels
- Receive alerts on dashboard
- Generate low stock reports
